The employees are sloppy and rude. They put mayo all over this guys sandwich and he asked it to just not be wrapped up in the... mayo paper and the lady wrapped it up and said nothing then walked to the back. The owner proceeded to trash talk the customer.The customer was like all asked was for it to not be messy and the owner said "you're lucky I don't charge you for it". Horrible owner, down right disrespectful towards his employees and others in the plaza, I was loyal customer to them since I... work 2 doors down in the neighboring store, we didn?t have a bathroom for 4 months due to an inspection and he kicked me out ofhis store and told me I couldn?t use it, then threatened my job at ATT after I parked in front of the store , there are no signsstating it is jersey mikes parking, do not go here!!! He degrades his employees in front of customers and talks to them liketrash , heard this from employees that come and hang out in our store , hard pass and hope you all pass on this guy and hisdegenerate mindset. Absolutely gross I watched quietly making 8 different sandwiches with the same gloves then take peoples money with same gloves... then I watched the owner take the receipt for each sandwich and instead of putting it next to the sandwich he put each receiptin between the meat and the top piece of bread for the next dummy to take it off and put condiments on! Worst Jersey Mike?s I?ve ever been to! Of the three people working, one was actually making the subs (she was clearly in... training) the other two guys were not attempting to help whatsoever. The older middle eastern gentleman was not willing to doanything other than hangout next to the register and talk down to the woman in training (terrible customer service). The otherAsian fellow was slightly more helpful (he sliced the meats and cheeses), he too was quick to bark out orders while notassisting the one person actually putting the subs together. When we got home and opened the 2 giant sandwiches the bread was hard as a rock. Could not even it it. How you can putout an inferior product like this is unbelievable. The owner started yelling at me for asking for new bread once the person stopped cleaning and immediately started touching my... food. This is disgusting and they need to be checked for sanitation immediately. Beware of this location and your safety. Read more
I?ve seen some reviews at this location and I gave them a try anyways. I placed a curbside pickup and it was a very welcoming... experience. They were gracious and repeated the order to make sure everything was correct before I left. I?m sure since my orderwas just before closing they would have been happy to just hand me my order and close for the night. But that was not how I wastreated. Great job you guys.
