Best Greek food I have had in South Florida. Had chicken shawarma so delicious and fresh. Great customer service too. While the food at Olive U is great, the service at this specific location is probably some of the worst I?ve ever... experienced. They close at 8:30pm. I walked in at 8:20pm the other night to get a quick to-go order and they told me they werealready closed. They refused to serve me. Despite this, I went back a week later and ordered the chicken shawarma. The amountof chicken they put seemed significantly less than usual. I asked about that and they said ?oh you want more, no problem?. Ithought everything was great until I go to check out and get charged for double chicken. When I tell the girl at the cashierthat I wasn?t told I would get charged more, I got zero response. She just stood there, quiet, and didn?t say a word. I repeatedmy comment and she again just stood there in silence with a blank stare. I asked the girl who offered the extra chicken and shejust turned around on me and didn?t say a word. I ended up paying for it but to be honest, this location needs some seriousimprovements in the customer service. Read more
