This place is the worst. It's poorly managed, and they either screw the order up, or fail to deliver in entirely.
Didn't pick up phone so I had to come to the place to order, and waited 1/2 hr after coming.
Do you want to talk about RATCHET!?! I came in here, my order was supposed to be ready, and there?s 5 employees standing in the... front arguing (managers included). Not one person acknowledged me. Then when they finally did I said I was picking up and theysaid they didn?t have my order. We called an hour ago. The woman on the phone said ?it will be ready in 10 minutes?. Now I?msitting here, waiting for my pizza for my kids, and the woman is screaming ?I don?t have time for this. I?m not stressing myselfout?. So embarrassing. I will never order from here ever again. This location has progressively gone downhill. We always used to order the Tuscan 6 cheese pizza (which is amazing if done... right). The first time it was perfect, you could taste the different cheeses and also had the visible seasoning on top whichgave it the extra kick. It was so good that we continued ordering it time and time again and eventually every time we ordered itit looked like a basic cheese pizza. Even when I would orfer extra cheese, still would show up basic. Now, just recently thelast two deliveries I've received have been messed up. I ordered a Crispy thin crust cheese pizza, not only was it not thin, itwas stuffed crust pizza.. Now, I ordered a small cheese pizza with extra cheese, the entire pizza was shoved in the corner ofthe box, completely mangled. Absolutely ubsurd someone is allowing this type of product to leave their multi-million dollarfranchise. Read more
I've been ordering from this location for quite awhile now and the quality is lacking so bad in this store, and I just walked in... to place an order for two pizzas and took over 95 minutes and then they gave em to me cold. I'll never order anything from thislocation again. Read more

Stupidly expensive, and the food was Luke warm at best! Definitely not made fresh, it was like they heated up the boxes to make... you think it would be hot. This was a pick up order and I ordered when I got there so there was no wait time for my food to besitting there, I only live five minutes down the road so the food didn?t have a chance to get cold before I got home either. Doyourself a favour and open the box while you?re there to make sure the food was made fresh!! Definitely not worth the $77.00 Ipayed for horrible, cold food! Read more
Made an online order for 2 medium pizzas and chicken poppers forthe 6.99 deal. Delivered as expected. Made my order early... afternoon and was delivered within the expected window. Looks scrumptious. Can't wait to dig in! Read more
