I've been coming to Pollo Tropical for years, and this one is the best location, specifically. There have only been a few times... in which my order has been messed up, but it has never been completely wrong. The employees are always kind and use theirmanners. I especially like this restaurant becausr their food options, like my favorite, rice and beans, are generally healthyand inexpensive. I would highly recommend Pollo Tropical and this location, especially, as it is very convenient and fulfilling. Read more
None of the employees ever smile. I get it-- they are probably paid badly and they make sure they let you know they don't care.... I like this place because I am a body builder and this suits my diet. Last night, I bought a half-chicken combo. When I gothome, there was no sides or roll. I drove my happy self 2 miles back to the place, and they seemed irritated at me for askingfor my sides. Of course, no apology. Nothing. I went back today for my bodybuilder special. I asked for yellow rice and beansand BBQ sauce. I got white rice and no BBQ sauce. These people don't care and it really shows. Pay them more or fire them. Read more
Awful service! The girl at the register was rude. They forgot certain items in my bag. When I returned it, they still did not... get it correct! Please hire decent employees at this location, who isn?t obnoxious when customers are sending their money toreceive good services. Read more
Slow and poor service. The girl at the register was nice but the other one that brings the food had an attitude. I asked for... fresh chopped onion and she looked at me like I was speaking geebrish. My family bought dinner from Pollo Tropical tonight and were happy that we did. The portions are hefty, fed 5 of us with some... leftovers. We ordered a Family Duo with chicken, white rice, and black beans, fried yucca, chicken soup, a strawberry tropicchiller, chocolate chip cookies and a decadent chocolate mousse. The people worked super hard getting the orders out in abalanced fashion from the dining room and the drive thru. My husband and I shared the 5.5 ounce chocolate mousse, and it was theperfect amount. I would've easily given this restaurant 5-stars, if it weren't that the sweet plantains (my husband's favoritepart) were completely missing from our order. Read more
Omgee where do I begin. That shrimp/chicken/steak trio with black beans, brown rice and grilled onions was so delicious I could... eat it everyday as long as it's on the menu that is what I will order every time. I thought I was in cuba ???? oh and I broughta side of the mini beef empanadas they were great also I dipped them in the cilantro garlic sauce. My my my my tummy was wellpleased. Read more
The chicken was dry and the service was terrible, waiting for my food i could see that nobody works together as a team and... nobody takes any initiative to make things better, the people rather just stand around even though they see the place crumblingbefore them.
