my boyfriend and I just went to go pick up food and the guy at the drive-through was extremely rude in all aspects. He handed my... boyfriend the food and slammed the window on him while he was in the middle of asking for a cup of ranch. I love steak and shake. This location is a plaza with some generally common stores like target and dollar tree so when you are... out shopping ????????? and need some solid , real food, craving a good real shake with all the Best flavors it's so great to seethere is a quality food establishment within affordable pricing it's convenient and satisfying. I personally come to thislocation frequently as I live within a mile radius and I have never had any concerns about this location or complaints. Theservice is always great, food is served in a timely manner AND they get all the orders here correct. AND FOR ALL THE PEOPLECONCERNED ABOUT VIRUSES AND PERSONAL HYGIENE WELFARES DURING THESE unfortunate times this location is completely content freewhen it comes to ordering the pay and order process in store is completely touch screen you walking place your order in themachine customize it etc so on then you can pay with cash or credit or you can pay with debit or you can pre-order on your phoneand app then walking the only time you make any kind of contact with staff is picking up the actual bag of food which is never aproblem the employees here practice safe hygiene. The wait time is never too bad great atmosphere good get away from the hubbubof normal fast food when you just need a good place for the good family vibe this is it there was any place around for a meal $4$5 and under I would pick this over any location five stars and it's a nice area. I ordered via the app. My order was suppose to be ready in 17 minutes. I got there after 20 minutes and waited in the assigned... Curbside parking space. After 10 minutes I called the store phone number on the sign to remind them I was there waiting. Ididn't get my food for another 25 minutes. Read more
09/21/22 1st time here and came with my tow truck drivers and it was a very good tasting meal for what is .......shake (mint... oreo) on point. no complaints like the place will be back. Read more

Do you like a steak burger? I do. Do you like a tasty shake? I do. Funny enough, Steak 'n Shake has both! I have been a fan... for a long time, but I have never been to this location. The other day I was meeting a business associate in the area andthought, I could use a shake. I walked in and felt kinda lucky, there was no line at all to order. Steak 'n Shake is a sit downplace, but also you can order to go, that's what I always do. I know it all depends on the person there at the time, but I had2 different girls help me choose what to get. I wanted every shake on the board. In part due to the embarrassment of the ideaof walking to my car with 10 shakes, I chose the cookies and cream. as it was part of a combo coupon I had, I got the Patty meltwith it. Both were really great. The shake was chunky, including the trade mark cherry that sits in every shake. The Patty Meltwas golden brown from the butter toasted into it. It may not have been photogenic, but it hit the spot. Especially 'cause whenI asked for extra pickles, they gave me a bunch. Always a great experience. Been coming here for nearly a decade now for some good cheap greasy burgers and steak n shake always... delivers. The milkshakes are absolutely massive and for $3.99 are an incredible deal. I haven't tasted a flavour I did not like. Read more
There are no cashiers it's all self ordering on their computer screen. It's easy once you get the hang of it you pay right there... next to the screen. I had a burger and shoestring fries and it was good. It was fast, and the place was very clean. Read more
