I Love Chase Best Sandwich Artist There Is Going There Today
Guy making the sandwich did a good job. Was friendly and said I try to make em like I was making it for myself. Most workers... just slap em together rather than build the sandwich. They also have a nice outside seating area. Read more
Pulled in at 9:38, walked up to the door and the employee locked the door in front of me and motioned her hand across her neck... signaling done while another employee sat outside and another was taking out the trash. I thought I had the hours wrong, so Idouble-checked. Nope, open until 10. I know it was near closing & I don't like being that person but you have hours for areason. Sure, prep for close so you can get out of there at a decent hour-I get that, I've lived that life-but serve yourcustomers while you're doing it, especially when there's 3 of you working. It wasn't a busload full of football players, it was1 person trying to get just cheese on bread for her little kid...that was it, would have taken 2 minutes with no cleanup. Read more
I ordered online and once I arrived at the subway they were closed despite it being 5:30 pm and their listed closing time being... 9. I was frustrated but thought I?d just get a refund and move happily on with my life. I emailed the subway and the owner ofthe subway had the audacity to say that ?they were closed in accordance to their posted hours of operation?. First of all no.Second of all why are you taking mobile orders if you?re closed. And thirdly this person refused to refund me for $11 and hassince been ignoring my emails. Subway sucks anyway. I ordered a sandwich through the app the other night and it was horrible. I had included very specific instructions on how to... make the sandwich in regards to light amounts of certain vegetables, sauces, etc? and it appears as though the ?artist? ignoredall the directions and just slapped it together. I could not even take more than a couple bites before I had to throw it away.Complained to corporate and all they said was ?we will pass this information off to the store? even though I paid through theapp. Completely ridiculous. I will never eat at this location again. If you are getting a sub - go to firehouse subs up the roador find a different subway or you?ll regret it. Read more
I eat here often and will not be coming back to this subway. on friday eve recently I came to this subway and had some young guy... working had a serious attitude problem from the moment I started ordering my sandwiches for myself and my kids, first he gotannoyed at the paper not coming out of the box so he starting yanking them out huffing and puffing or maybe he was annoyed thati was ordering 3 sandwiches. he did not wear a hair net which is unsanitary when working around food, then when he put oliveson sandwich one look like it had fungus or some sort of white sauce on it and i ask him to remove one olive and because he didnot see the olive he threw a fit and swipe off the olives in an unruly manner, i ask what his attitude problem , i did not thinkit was too much of me to ask not to have fungus on my sandwich and when i ask who is manager was he gave me more attitude andwas like do you want the sandwich or not. granted before his attitude i did not ask to re make sandwich or say i did not want it, i was simply asking to remove one olive and if that makes me a bad customer then so be it. Basically I have never been treatedthis way ever, and the lady's that work there are always pleasant always patient but he was the rudest person ever! I was verydis satisfied and left angry and 0 sandwiches because I refuse to let someone throw a fit like a child and act like he did notwant to help me in first place , Subway you should take more consideration on who you hire. Always closes early? I got here at 9:50, which I understand is last minute but I wouldn?t show up at 9:55 or 9:59. I?ve worked... in restaurants for many years and I don?t know if this is a corporate thing but coming from a family owned restaurant we wouldnever close or stop serving until the minute we state we?re closed. This is the second time this has happened to me and honestlyis really annoying. Read more
