Second time now dealing with ?Dylan? at the register and by far the most petty useless customer service! A real Karen! I?ve been... coming here for a few years and will have to go to a better location. Dylan is petty with a lack of customer service; tries tonickel and dime every customer. I asked for an extra bag of chips and he said both times ?kids meal doesn?t come with chips!?Even after I said I would pay for it! He has zero empathy for a mother with children. The ingredients were great, I wish that the meat portions for the tacos was more. Tasty Mexican Fast-food for sure.
I'm only going to say one thing. In comparison to other Zons Frescas I've visited. This one by far serves the least amount of... food. Almost like the employees are sneakingly trying to save plenty of leftovers to take home at the end of the night. ???? Food is good but what's up with all the tipping business? That don't come to table to take your order, they don't bring your... food, you get rid of your own left over. So what are they doing to deserve any tip? Isn't the restaurant owner paying them?Since when the consumers have to pay for food and employee salary. So the restaurant just gets profit hand over fist.Restaurants raised food price, reduced quality and wants consumers to pay for all expenses. We stopped in for lunch and loved it! We had the Baja Ranchero with chicken and the two taco combo plate. The pablo pepper was... delicious and the tacos were just as good. Loved the chips with a variety of different salsa's. This is a great spot forlunch! Read more
We think the food is very good. But the problem is this is the second time that when we got home and noticed that they didn?t... put the lemon dressing in our bag. This came with the meal we ordered. If you ever had chiles rellenos, you won?t like the ones from here I can assure you, is like someone took the name too literal,... they roast the peppers and stuff them with some cheese (didn?t even bother peeling them) they cut so many corners with this dishthat is a disgrace to real chilles rellenos. We prefer the zone of fresca in plantation, or Coral Springs but stopped into the Del Rey location due to its proximity to our... whereabouts that day. The staff is my friend there at the other locations. The food was just as exemplary. Read more
