This is not the first time that it happens. I ordered pizza and fries online and the delivery was 20m late, the food was cold.... When the guy came in, he didn't speak french or english. He was unable to talk with us about the fact he didn't had the friesand had no solution. He left because he was already late and give 6$ to my wife while leaving (that dosen't cover the price ofthe fries...) I called the supervisor, 45 m later still no fries, the kids are tired and going to bed. No refund, no credit ona next purchase, nothing. We have domino pizza, but they don't deliver to my house, but I'll be more than happy to order thereand go get it myself. Tired of this really bad management. Read more
