The pizza is fine but it always takes at least 30 minutes more than their estimate for delivery. I get that there is staff... shortage but just say it will take 90-120 minutes and let people decide if they want to wait that long. Read more

I ordered 1large and 1medium last Friday, February 21, 2020. The guy I spoke with told me that it's gonna be around 45 mins. So... I said okay. Then It's been 53 mins. no Pizza yet, so I called already and the guy said that the delivery guy left already sohe said okay call me in 5 mins. and if he doesn't come yet I will give you discount. I waited and waited and 5 times I calledthen the guy came around 7:28. Which I ordered at 6:05 pm. Then yes, he gave me discount. After that , I was so disappointedbecause I ordered pizza with the Cheese in the crust and both of them don't have Cheese in the crust and mostly the pizza was sooily. Very poor services. Poor management, poor understanding of what customer service is. Today I order 2 medium pizza. 1 - Add Crust Pan Pizza, Regular... Tomato Sauce, Right Mushroom, Right Red Onions, Right Tomatoes 2 - Add Crust Pan Pizza, Regular Old World Tomato Sauce, LeftPepperoni, Right Mushroom, Right Green Pepper, Right Red Onions The 1st pizza came with green pepper in the left side (shouldbe only cheese) and correct on the right side. the 2nd pizza came with tomato and pepperoni in the left side and the right sidewas ok. I called the store to make a complaint and the rude and screaming manager told me that I didn't know what I was talkingabout and that he had sent the correct pizza, and hung up the phone on me. Pizza Hut has always had good food however people often complain that it's expensive. My issues with Pizza Hut mostly deal with... the fact that they charge $3 for delivery. In the highly competitive pizza market you just can't charge people a delivery fee.Unless that money goes directly to the drivers. Best solution for this is to pick it up yourself. Besides, they usually havesome good counter deals or online pickup deals. That aside I love Pizza Hut. The cinnaparts is amazing and the pizza isdifferent from what other places are making. They're definitely worth a try if you've never had it before. Read more

Ordered pizza at 6:47pm, quoted delivery at 7:25, got pizza at 8:00pm with wrong drinks and wrong dip. ill give 1 star for the... fact the driver went and bought me the right one from his own purse and came back. Read more
