Super good service DQ! My eyes are stunned to see fast food prices for fries, drink and burger now very close to sitdown full... fare restaurants. Today though, nice robust fries, soft drink and 1/3 double steak burger. The burger, very good EXCEPT, the bunwas disappointing! Literally, it was as thin as a cardboard box? $14 for dinner on 2022 has to have better value and quality.Upgrade that bun and you will impress people. Read more

Me and my family love DQ (most likely because we don't get it in Europe) and visit it almost daily ???? when in Canada.... Obviously this is not a typical 5 star place... and I'm only rating and raving about the soft-serve ice cream (never triedanything else there, nor would I want to). That Dairy Queen serves dairy free and therefore lactose free ice cream is a bigbonus. Though I'm disappointed the 'Mud Fudge' Blizzard isn't offered anymore. Read more

Nice place to have some ice cream and treats. This place has a good seating area. The staff are very courteous and the service... is good. I recommend this location and I?ll go their again when I am in the area. Read more
Had the double patty , double bacon , double cheese burger, and large poutine . Good beefy burger . Good size poutine serving... and very tasty . And of course oreo blizzard for later ! I sure miss the Oh Henry blizzards . Was my favourite. Read more
I had written to DQ to tell them about a series of pathetic Blizzards we bought after the change of ownership. Over and over I... was asked to tell DQ HO, which DQ I was reporting, even tho I included the address and store number off the receipt each time.Those Blizzards were anemic to say the least, very little chocolate or other items in either one, cups not filled, etc. This iswhat transpired after that experience. Awhile back, there were some coupons in the mail or on a flyer, I forget which, for afree Dilly bar. One evening, we dropped in to the store on our way home and presented the coupon for the free Dilly bar. Theyoung lady at the till, asked what else I wanted, I said nothing else, just the Dilly bar. She replied that I had to purchasesomething else to get the free Dilly bar. I took back the coupon and looked it over, then asked her to show me where there wasany mention of having to buy anything else to get the free bar. She said it wasn't on there, we just had to buy something elseto get the bar. We went back and forth a few times, people were lining up behind me, so I said, never mind, forget it. As Ireached the door, she called to me saying, "Okay, I'll give you the free Dilly bar." I said no, I didn't want it, then weleft. More recently, perhaps 10 days ago or so, the DQ stores here in the Vancouver area had a special on for BOGO Blizzards.We saw the offer on the sign in front of our local store so went in. When it was our turn to order, I told her we wanted the BuyOne, Get One Blizzards. She took our order, but the total was higher than what the indoor sign said, so I asked her why the billwas higher than we normally pay for our BOGO Blizzards. She then told me that it was 99 cents more for the second one. Again, Ifound myself saying "That is not what the sign out front says." This location has not been able to accept gift cards for over 2 years. The people and manager working there just say it's their... tills won't accept them. They microwave your fries when you get poutine which makes your fries soggy and gross. The roof leakswater when it rains. Since the new owners have taken over all they care about is bringing in money but have done nothing to therestaurant and running it into the ground. Read more
