The only thing stopping me from giving them 5 stars is their customer service. I can confidently say that their food is amazing.... No doubt about that. It is always fresh and delicious but they really need to work on their customer service. As per my last 3visits, I had to wait a long time to place my order first and one time I needed to change something but I could not find anyoneto talk to. When you go to a restaurant, you expect a complete package of good service and food. They are lacking the servicebut certainly standby their quality of food. Read more
It was my first time trying dosa and it was a great experience. I had the paneer dosa and my husband had the lamb dosa. It was... so delicious and tasty. Wow. I would definitely recommend this place for dosa. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Therewas lots of seating too. Not busy when we went which was very nice. Today we again went there. Last time my gf put a review about the soup and today when we order soup again there they saw us and... get offended and the staff was really rude. Today they make the soup full of water intentionally. I think they dont want us tocome back because we put a review. Here are the pictures of the soup full of water and it was tasteless. Really unprofessionalthing. They just want to take a revenge. Very very disappointed and we waste our money here. The sad thing was that we came hereevery three to four times a week but now not at all. We would be happy if the owner of the restaurant saw this review and taughttheir staff to behave themselves. The food is good. Above average actually. Sambhar was excellent, chutneys average, Dosa also crispy. We ordered dahi vada ,... that's good too, but their service is very slow, like they will give you dosas and then make you wait for spoons. Which isweird. Maybe because we went during peak hours. We usually eat here , food is okay and its yummy , not bad , no much complaints but the enviornment is like so messy... inside......total jungle look, so much of money plantation every where....looks like some Tarzan lives inside. They should workon interior as well menu cards has ripped corners, so depressing lightning system inside.... if you just eat then itsokay.....but when u look around , its not less than an abandoned or a haunting place. Ped paudhay hatao yahan se......restaurant hai ya koi zoo? Its like a nursery. Wall jaipuri style decoration has hell of dust on it. Clean it , repaint thewalls, work on some interior lights hanging wires as well . Try to serve whole main course at one attempt. Waiters looks lost ,may be they are burnt and paid less with zero tips. Awesome food! Favourite place to eat dosas around. Super friendly staff that is always friendly and attentive with all our... questions and requests. Anytime there was a problem with the order, they would kindly amend the error. Fast service anddelicious food! 100% recommend. Read more
The best ambiance and dosa you can get in Surrey/ This place is open till 3.30am, and the last order they take for dine in is by... 3am. Always a good idea to call in for placing order. The servers are all nice and friendly, plus the service is good. If youlove south indian food then this is a must place to visit. Read more
