Sometimes we don't have enough money to get a pizza from a locally owned pizzeria, dominos is cheap and offers a lot for your... money. This specific location has been amazing in my experience. Ordered many of times from here. Recently had an order show up 1 1/2 hour after placing it. Driver phoned numerous times to... find my location. I sent a location screenshot and map pin to the driver. After awhile I had phoned in to the store directly tocancel as I knew it was showing up cold. Lady on phone said "Sorry it didn't work out for you" without any offer of compensationand escalation to fix issue. Driver showed up anyways. We were absolutely disappointed by their food and the lack of interestto help out a weekly customer worth $50 every Friday. We have 3 kids and every Friday is pizza Friday. Domino's - you got your$45 from me that day and you will not again. There are a lot of other options. Read more
Have ordered numerous times since 2017. I have long said its the best in Tsawwassen. Last 2 orders have been ridiculously... disappointing. Will not be ordering again. Undercooked cold pizza, no thanks. Especially when 1 is an apology for the last oneand took 1hr20mins to arrive. Not to mention I called (because it took so long) and when I found out it hadn't left the storeyet I said specifically I don't want a cold pizza - but that's what I got anyway. Read more
Call Panago, for real. Unless you want undercooked, cold, separating pizza and greasy, undercooked flat breads. A new owner took... over a few months ago and the negative effect was immediate. I don't like to post negative reviews, but after they refused todeliver tonight because they wouldn't be earning enough $$$ to make it worth it to go literally around the corner (yes, we dotip, and well), I've decided I should probably make a public comment. Seriously, I highly recommend you go to Panago, FreshSlice, Mario's, or somewhere that can actually cook a pizza. Don't waste your time and money. Read more
I ordered from them a week ago and received a raw pizza and totally raw cookie brownie. I had to put the pizza back in the oven... but the brownie had to be thrown out since it was so raw you could not get it out of the box without it falling apart. Icomplained and was given a free pizza and brownie which I thought was perfect but when I tried to redeem my coupon/credit I wastold they would not deliver to me unless I bought a extra $10 worth of stuff. Wait a minute..... I had to deal with the pain inthe ass of recoiling my pizza and couldn't even try my brownie because of a error they made and now they wanna tell me they candrive for 5-10 min to my house unless I give them more money. I'm confused. YOU SCREWED UP OUR MOVIE NIGHT!!!!! We had to waitto eat yet we have to buy food we don't want just to get the food you screwed up driven to us. I tried ordering 2 of the cheesebites and they would add a 3.50 delivery charge to the bill so what's the problem.
