I met a man here who called himself The Bush Man. We both ordered the same item: Double Cheeseburger with Large Fries. Upon us... sitting down, he leaned forward and told me something of which I had never forgotten: "Don't Trust that Maidens will find you.You must look for them yourself." Upon him completing his sentence, he was gone. Meal and All. But his wisdom in which hebestowed me... it was nearly better than the meal I had. 10/10, I am enlightened. Read more

Sept.15th. Stopped in for breakfast Woman?s bathroom was not clean One toilet plugged with poo! Other two pee around the toilet... and all over the seats . Very old seats , yellow stains on the seats . Mirror not clean all smerry Staff do t seem to knowbetter or don?t care !!! Not following the McDonald?s standards at all. Time for an assessment!!! If I could give them zero stars, I would. I would take stars away from other reviews if I could. They are slower than molasses,... your order is almost always wrong, and even on the off chance they get the items correct, it looks as though your burger wasassembled from across the room by just throwing the ingredients at the bun. I have no idea why corporate hasn't shut them downto get their act together. It's a shame because they used to be pretty good. Read more
4 coffees and all of them missing sugars. Thought it was a mistake and the same thing happens for the following 2 days. Edit on... Dec 28, 2021: Still no improvements. My coffee missed sugars and my breakfast sandwich didn't have any cheese.. If it wasn't ofthe location or coupons, I would not use this McDonalds. Don't take me wrong, I love McDonald's. In fact, I spend hundreds amonth at different locations of McDonald's, and I try my best to avoid this location but sometimes it is what it is. And eachtime I order at this specific location, I end up in disappointment. After the braekfast incident today, I "accidentally" orderedat this location while using the app for my dinner. (I'd drive to Wal-Mart in Twassen to pick up if they are open and have donenumerous times) My large fries were half filled, burger doesn't have any ketchups, and my sszechuan burger didn't have anysauce. I prayed that I was dreaming. Because, the only reason I ordered that chicken burger was to try out the new sauce whichis even advertised as a "featured item" on the app. I'd love to have a full refund and drive to Twassen to get my properMcDonald's order, which I do not have a high expection to, but what you guys are doing at the Ladner location is, absolutelyridiculous. I really hope this review gets some kind of attention from the employees to make some improvements. If theseemployees can't even follow the simple guidelines engineered by the headquarter to make burgers in the simplest way in theworld, then they probably won't end up anywhere in this world. and would not leave a review unless I feel like thisunacceptable. I ordered some items on the mobile application today and they messed up my sandwich. Also, the large fries have been... consistently underfilled every time I've gone here. The solution for my sandwich that I was presented with was nothing lessthan insulting. If I wanted to assemble my burger, I'd host a BBQ. Throroughly disappointed. Especially with the idea that Iwould have been ripped off if I didn't check my order before leaving. Read more
This McDonald's location is a hit and miss. Most of the time you get great service but sometimes the staff just don't care.... There was one time I ordered a quarter pounder with bacon at the drive thru and it doesn't come with bacon, so I took thesandwich into the restaurant, and they apologized and re-made the sandwich, but the second time it still came out without thebacon :) and it happened during non-rush hour.
