Worst Starbucks EVER. Usually have to wait 20-30 minutes for a coffee. Just ordered a chestnut praline latte to go and drove... down the road only to find out the coffee was cold. Literally room temperature at best.. I ended up having to stick it in themicrowave to heat it up. Nice waste of $6+... Stay away from this location if at all possible. Read more

Attended Starbucks in Mall on 120tj St and 73rd Ave. In Delta, BC. Friday night around 7:15 pm. I Indo-Canadian female with... glasses at cashier. Poor service. Seemed disinterested and talking to others. Forgot to give me my pastry and did not ask ifneeded cream and sugar. Other male and female employees on shift pleasant and made up for her poor performance. Read more

This location is probably one of the busiest that I've seen. The staff here are mostly friendly, when they're not overwhelmed... with orders.Definately under staffed It would be nice if they had more organization with the mobile orders, maybe having onedesignated barista working just mobiles. There are times where I'm waiting close to 25 mins for my order, but again super busyand I think they do their best. Read more

Place is quite big and has an outside patio. Ordered ice chai latte with less ice. Barista were friendly and prepared chai... according to the order. Quite good place to do school or office work on laptop as it has good wifi and place to charge and uselaptop. Read more

Pros: decent size and has an outside patio. Cons: Always busy. Long, cluttered lines for mobile orders. Seems to be... understaffed. Too many customers with their laptops taking up dining space. Read more

Light ice means not a cup 80% full of ice. Basically paying $7 for a drink that is 80% ice? when I complained they looked at me... as if I was crazy ? rip off and terrible service. Read more

Location sucks, even when it's not busy. The staff will try their best to never acknowledge anyone waiting for mobile orders,... they will pretend that they don't see you. Walking around aimlessly doing anything else, but ask if you're here for a order. Youmight get hopeful when one of them approaches the mobile order area, but know that it is only to grab something while lookinganywhere else, but at you. I guess the staffs conversations with each other are soo deep, that they disregard everything elsethat's happening around them. Best of luck to all you people mobile ordering. Maybe one day they will finally take 5 seconds oftheir time and say "Hi, are you here for a mobile order." But one can only be so hopeful. Read more
