The freshly glazed donuts and hot sandwiches were very good! Staff are very quick at this one.
Frequently go to this outlet and at time's it can become quite overwhelming, with the influx of students from nearby... schools. However the staff manage as best as possible, while some things the mgmt can streamline to expedite lineups andcontinuity of service! Great service, lovely space. Staff was friendly.
Would be a decent place to have coffee and chill but they need to do something about the riff raff ie. All the high school... students. It's a small restaurant and it fills up quickly and only 1 out of every 9 kids has money to spend. I wonder how manypeople have skipped this location when they see it packed with a bunch of kids who don't spend money to hang around here. WORST Tim Horton's in the lower mainland. I Go to this Tim Horton's almost every day because unfortunately I live right down the... street. The customer service is non-existent (most of the time they have 5 or 6 employees behind the counter doing absolutelynothing to get customers through), the wait for a coffee is absolutely pathetic (sometimes upwards of 30 minute lineups for aCOFFEE!) and debit machine is "down" constantly. The employees know very little English and look at you like a deer inheadlights when you bring up an issue with your order. If you can, go to one of the locations on Scott Road or Annacis Island asyou'll most likely get served properly and in a timely manner. Can't emphasize enough how bad this location is. Read more
Not the best Tim Hortons, but the staff is ultimately friendly and you just need to clarify your order! Any time something has... had to be remade they do it no problem. It also seems like it?s chronically understaffed, in fairness to the employees. You dohave to wait a while to order and to receive your order, but the staff are definitely working hard. Read more
