If I could give a 0 I would. Personally, my family and I really enjoy Tim Hortons, and we would not say anything negative about... the company itself. We are only talking about this location in specific. The quote-un-quote manager was so obnoxious and rudeand blamed the wrong order I received from them on my inability to correctly inform them on what I wanted, even if I specifiedseemingly clearing and politely. Alongside this the entire staff made orders selectively. There are huge lines outside of thestore yet whilst I was there the employees let a woman take an order completely for free and without having to stand inline! When talking to the supervisor, Tanvir, I overheard them laughing about me. I am absolutely disappointed by this serviceand had really expected more from Tim Hortons. Great place to do a drive thru on the way to the ferry line-up, since they aren?t smart enough to have built a bridge. Love... those IceCaps! Read more

Worst customer service...not a good behaviour to talk to a customer, they were so rude the girl's name is i think arsh or... something like that..should surely look into it if you really care about people giving reviews here as i see not a singlereviewer seems happy to me about the customer service And again today is another nothing new here....everybody workingextremely slow no management,poor customer service only two people working and a huge line up....waited hapf an hour to orderand my whole break time went in just ordering hell...I don't know what else to say PLEASE... look into it Read more

Went in to get breakfast and a donut , my donut had hardly any icing so I asked the girl if I could get another , no answer... back, she seemed annoyed but brought me another and I proceeded to say I show u no topping but she Rudely just handed me a donutand walked away. I went to Tim's their scaner was not working she told me if you want to use you're offer you have to use your app. When i was... doing that it was not working I went to talk to them she was telling the other girl that my phone not working when my phone wasfine it was the app then she refuse to help because she have too many mobile orders. Then i said i am here like 15minutes idon't mater but mobile orders are very important. I was hungry and i have to leave after i waste my time. Went to A &W goodservice nice coffee. Most Tim Horton don't care if you are inside if they have drive through. Read more

There is very big reason why I?m giving them five star. It is that they help me to save my money. Because they never open the... store on time. Store opening time is the 9 a.m. but they never open before 9:20 or 9:30. So, I just go to my work without spendmy money on Tim Hortons. The staf is never apologize for the waste the time of their costumer. Last but not least thank you guysto helping me. ???? Read more

I went here with my wife to have a coffee and breakfast. The coffee tastes like hot water with milk and sugar. I had to wait for... a long time for our order even though it wasn't busy. Read more
