We live around the corner and go to this Tims once a day at least. They never get our order wrong, and we have never had rude... staffed like a lot of people say, however, they ALWAYS ask us to wait while they check if they have something like hash browns,steeped tea, doesn?t matter, whatever you ask for they have to check. This Tim Hortons being the only one in town is capable ofA LOT more business then they are doing, if they could learn how to be efficient, and knowledgeable about what they haveavailable. Always good service ???????????????????????? and found out the Sneaky sneaky. There were no cars behind me but they asked me to... move up and wait. I live very close to this location. Goes their atleast 4 times a week. Poor customer service. Staff is 100% unprofessional.... Untrained. They often make wrong coffee and put wrong order. They need some serious supervision Read more

The people working at this location are rude and disrespectful. They play around and chit chat in the back while customers stand... waiting unserved. They don?t acknowledge you even when you politely ask if anyone is able to help customers waiting. PSA - Don?tbother asking, you?ll just get served even slower and get disgusting looks for asking them to literally just do their jobs.Manager and staff need to be replaced; several people have complained to the manager and absolutely nothing changes. Placed an online order around 9pm for drive thru. After driving 30 minutes to the restaurant they tell me that their kitchen is... closed and cant serve me food (why did the take the order online if kitchen is closed that time). Being totally a waste of timeand didnt get what i wanted. They didnt refund me the full amount i paid online. So i didnt get what i wanted, wasted my timeand didnt even get my full money back. Had the ?New Country Harvest? breakfast sandwich this morning. A non meat choice. ???????????????????? Veggie sausage patty was... absolutely gross, two bites and I tossed it. and the English muffin barely toasted. Now have a wicked stomach ache. Thesandwich should have come with Tums and an apology. They forgot my straw and gave me the ice cap lid for my iced coffee ...poor service as well When asked for a straw we were... ignored. Consistent shortages on their products and supplies but a bit of practicality and common sense is needed whendelivering their products. Too bad McDonald's is closed for renos but I still have their straw which came in handy... Read more
