Terrible customer service. Asked to replace their poutine which was cold (saugy fries and clumpy warm gravy) but they said they... ran out of gravy. So we just asked to replace with regular fries (which is a lot cheaper) and we gave back their cold food,uneaten. They insisted to tell me that there was no way the food could be cold and then tried to charge me for the regularfries. Then said they ?understood my concern? yet told me that sometimes people say things like this to get free food. No logicand poor service. Poor management and training for their staff. Period. Terrible staff. Came in at 7pm Got called up, started my order which came up on the screen, then Harjot (employee) removed my... order and told me to hold on as Robin (employee also behind counter) tapped her debit card for an order of fries. Then asked myorder again. Not sure when staff get to push a customer back who?s has already started ordering, but hey? I guess friends dowhatever they want for friends. Read more

Standard triple O?s, better than fast food, not better than cactus club/earls. Service was pretty slow, think I waited for 5-10... minutes to order. Ended up using my entire lunch break in the line up. Read more

Terrible location. My last two burgers were bright pink inside. When I called it in I was told ?we use special timers so that... can?t happen?. Went in for dinner, got ignored for half an hour. Two customers ahead of us in line as well, also ignored. Then a guy walked in... and they jumped to serve him before ANY of the line up because he "phoned" to say he was coming in. No apology, no service.Staff always rude. I would give 0 stars if I could. We stopped here for lunch and bought two burgers, BC chicken burger was too salty and when we... reported it to restaurant. We were told they can?t do anything about it, asked for a new different burger, no refund or noreplacement burger offered. Worst triple O?s experience ever.
