I loved it! The atmosphere was perfect. The grounds and interior were extensively decorated for the holidays. The service was... great, our server was very attentive without being intrusive. The food was more filling than I thought it would be and deliciousas well! The tea selection was wonderful, I can't wait to try more flavors. The gift shop was small but had a plentifulselection of loose teas for purchase to take home. I did find they had all the expected accoutrements for making that perfectpot of tea at home including strainers, gorgeous tea pots and intricately patterned tea cups with matching saucers. The ambiencewas very calming especially with the gentle instrumental Christmas music that was playing throughout the dining room and giftshop area. My friend took me for my birthday lunch since we're both fans of The Crown and I'm a big fan of Downton Abbey. Wedecided to make it a monthly lunch date. It's a welcoming destination which also included a fairly large parking area behind thebuilding as well as a handicapped parking area and a ramp on the side of the building. Absolutely love this place! It?s so welcoming and unique. I live in Baltimore and I don?t mind the beautiful drive to Delta PA... in any season. There are a few local farms where I usually stop to get local produce too. The selection of teas is outstandingand you can switch anytime. I prefer my tea extra hot and next pot was just perfect. The pastries and scones were amazing asalways! My boyfriend was mind blown. At first he was skeptical to come to Tea Trolley with me because he thought it was theladies thing but after he tried the teas and pastries, he asked me when we are going back there again:) Read more
