Husband ordered the new Philly and the worker didn't ask what kind of sauces or veggies or anything that my husband wanted on... his sandwich. My husband has ordered this multiple times and has always been asked what he wanted on it. Worker seemed moreinterested in getting us out (we were the only ones there at 5 pm on a Friday) than taking the time to make sure the order wasmade how we wanted. Poor service. Read more
Terrible Service, I put in an online order to pick up on my lunch break. The app said it was ready for pick up. When I went in... to get my sandwich the worker said he didn't have it ready and he wouldn't until the store was empty of customers. There were6-7 customers in line and more coming in. It makes zero sense that they couldn't make my sandwich at the time the order wasreceived. The worker said that it was Subway's policy, so why have online ordering or why not inform the customer on the appthat it was going to take longer. Ended up paying for a lunch I didn't get to eat. Probably the most disrespectful, people I met in subway , they did not greet me, they were in a snotty attitude, didn?t give me... eye contact. I would never eat here again!!! Read more

The weekend staff (high schoolers) have taught me not to come here on weekends. They run the place like you?d assume young... people might. Tuna wasn?t ready, meatballs weren?t ready. It was peak lunch hour and the tall one that seemed in chargeimpatiently told us all that they wouldn?t be ready for an hour. This is the 2nd time I haven?t been able to get my sandwich andit?s proving that this location is undependable on weekends. I got in there during a rush around 5:30. The two employees there were doing an amazing job with getting through the rush and... making sure every customer was being helped in a respectful and friendly manner, even with an individual coming in andcomplaining his online order wasn't finished yet. The two of them kept a very professional and kind manner towards theindividual. They made a great sandwich and kept the store clean. Read more
The sandwhich tasted fine, but the service wasn't good. Took a very long time to get two 6 inch sandwhiches. The folks working... there weren't wearing hats or any hair protection and I found a hair in my sandwhich. My sandwhich had so much meat the breaddidn't close. My dad's sandwhich had only three thin slices of ham. I usually love Subway, but this time I was not a fan andwill not be going back to this location. Read more
