We literally stood in front lobby for 20 mins with being at front of the line.. for what looked like the manager walked back in... forth in front of us doing nothing not even recognizing that we were there. Not only that but after our order was taken. We gotour food and our friend who came in with us still had yet to have his order taken. Another 20 mins of her walking back and forthin front of him before acknowledging him and taking his order. Asked if we could make sure tenders were crispy and she refused.Said the ones that were there were fine. Obviously poor managed and it is sad because used to be a favorite! Read more
Got there at 5pm on Wednesday. They had no biscuits no breast gave me thighs and legs and cookies for biscuits. Wouldn't ... give a break off the meal. I asked if they would at least give me some drinks. I have been eating KFC along timeand never see this happen and at the beginning of Dinner time. I will never go back to this location. At least the place was clean. We ordered and I was told it would be a 14 minute wait for mine so I opted for Original. Big... mistake. What I got was hot but greasy and soggy. The cole slaw was the best part of my meal. The biscuit tasted like cannedbiscuits and they now give you a "Honey Sauce" it's corn syrup with 7% honey added. I was totally disappointed with KFC. Atleast the girls working were pleasant but a little noisy. Read more
This KFC is usually good in time and the food is usually hot and good. I have had bad experiences with their drinks not being... too great, like the sweet tea tasting a little old, and the fountain drinks flat or don't taste like it's supposed to becausemaybe its time to be changed. Customer service is usually pretty goo when I go. Read more
Order as expected. All fresh. All items right. I wish they had the Nashville Hot available for the Original Recipe Chicken. Or... at least sell you a side of it to put on your chicken. I would gladly pay for it. Read more
