This is another example of the mediocre service that McDonald?s provide. Like many other restaurants locations in this fast food... chain. You must make sure that you check your items to make sure everything is there and have the right order before you pulloff to save yourself the headache of having to go back and dispute what should?ve been done right in the first place. After going through the drive thru we got told to park in the #1 waiting spot Spent over 25 minutes waiting for the order that... they gave to the truck beside me they where so confused and the car next to me waited 15 minutes waiting on a Sunday that theyfor got all about she went inside to get her money back. Service and food horrible. The big mac looked liked it had been sitting around for hrs. I was charged for xtra onions and never... got them in the chicken sandwich. The large fries were half full. I checked my order to make sure everthing was there but thefood was below standards. Do not see myself going back to that McDonald's. My 17 year old daughter went into drive and her order was taken incorrectly. They refused to correct the order and insisted she... stated it incorrectly. AND still charged her for it. I?ve gone and ordered the same thing from this location 3 times now I?m always polite and always thank them, and always I get... nothing but disappointed in return. I ask for my order to be cooked to order and can always see that they just take buns fromalready made burgers and slap my burgers together with it. Extremely irritating when I?m spending my hard earned money. impolite, and patient and have given it 3 times now hoping someone would just do their job and still I feel like I?m just wastingmy money. I can?t even call to explain to the manager because evidently their phone is offline.this store should be closed downand re-opened after changing all staff,management and attitudes.
