For the hourly rate these employees make, they do NOTHING! I ordered at a kiosk that told me to select what I wanted, I also... selected dine in. Our order never came to our table so went to get it. It was bagged for take out and the items I selected didnthappen! Read more

If it weren't for the interstate, this place would be closed. Worst experience ever. I was going I move on, but my wife's... experience just added to it. My daughter and I stopped in to grab a bite. Stood behind a customer being helped at the registerfor a few minutes. Then after they were done, I stepped up, and the clerk told me I needed to use a kiosk. (Normally, this wouldbe fine with me, but I forgot they were there, and he was rude.) So I asked if he could take care of me, and he said "no,"turned his back, and ignored my little girl and me. Then at the kiosk, we could not figure out how to make a bacon cheeseburgera meal. A young man, an employee, badly needing a shower, tried to help but could not figure it out. He got the manager, whohurried through the process, missed my "no onion" request, and seemed quite bothered with us. I received a burger with onions,and my daughter's light mayonnaise was a sloppy mess. And the fries were cold. The employee and the MANAGER walked past andignored the mess on the floor. Later... Unbeknownst to me, my wife also drove through after her 13hr shift as an ICU nurse.She ordered a burger with no onion and extra pickles, as you see in the picture, extra onion. I have to say that it's been right on point my last 2 visits to McDonald's. I always my burgers, nuggets and fries made to... Order. In the beginning i always had to go back because I knew the food was not made to order.wirking as a chef in a kitchen youknow the difference. I want fresh hot food, not just reheated food. I have to say that the managers at this McDonald's alwaysmade sure the issue if there was one was corrected I value that kind of service I believe Nathan took care personally of theissue over the phone and in person , great to have a manager like that on your team. I ordered from the kiosk. It tells you to take a number and have a seat. 15 minutes go by, the food had been brought out it... was sitting on the counter, they don't bring it to you. Had I known that, I would have waited. No apology. They messed upthe burger brought it back. Another 10 minutes go by. Messed it up a second time. Asked for money back. The manager doesn'teven apologize just gives me an attitude about it. I tell her nice customer service you can't even apologize. This McDonald'shas gone downhill. We arrived at 4:25 and the parking lot was full of trash. We came inside and the floors were dirty. We went the counter and... the female manager (supervisor) said we could not order there and had to use the kiosk. We have been coming to this McDonald?sfor more than 20 years and this was the worst thing we have ever experienced. After placing our order at the lisps, order timeon the ticket was 4:33, we looked for a table. Two tables were occupied and the rest were filthy. We got napkins and wiped downthe table. The female manager walked out the door by drive through and around the the parking lot door. I thought after seeingthe condition of the dining room and parking lot she would get someone to clean them. There were at least twelve peoplestanding in the kitchen/drive through area. She went behind the register and just stood there. Finally at 4:45 our order wasready. It took a terribly long time since we only order two doubles and fries. The fries came out cold. You would think theycould at least get that right in twelve minutes. We then saw a male manager go into the parking lot with a broom and dustpanand start cleaning. He was outside for about 5 minutes and then came into the dining room and started sweeping up. He ask usto move our feet so he could get some of the napkins under our table. C'mon, people. When I ask for no pickles on my (very dry) chicken sandwich, you don't just pull pickles off one that's already... got pickles on it. The bun still tastes and smells like pickles! And I know it was midday, 3:00 p.m., but when I had to park andgo into the store and ask for fresh fries, a guy came in right behind me asking for the same thing. No apologies from staff. Stopped here on a late night trip back from Universal with a car full of hungry kids. They were a bit understaffed so it was a... bit of a wait but understandable for the time of night we were stopping. The cashier was rather unpleasant when pointing outthat they were only accepting food delivery services at the front counter and that everyone else had to order at the kiosk.Also, not all options were available on the kiosk so I had to order them at the counter anyway. The manager brought our food outand was wonderful. It almost made me forget how unpleasant my initial encounter was. Read more

This place is usually great and the staff are awesome however today I paid for this carmel frappe and it came half full with... half whipped cream wth?! ???? Was not frozen either. just slosh with ice chunks. come on guys make it right. It's not cheapeither paid $4 bucks for whipped cream. Read more
