my boyfriend and i we?re traveling and stopped by this taco bell and i believe peyton and kian we?re working and they served us!... they were amazing we went thru drive thru and peyton was so generous about the sauces and we went inside to use the restroom andkian was cleaning the lobby he was doing amazing i just wanted to say this taco bell was a great experience, good food and cleanroom. I had an issue with my food. When I wanted to Talk to a manager or somebody higher up We had to wait back in the to go line all... over again. And we got home and the food was still not good every single taco was broke . There were hardly any cheese or meaton our tacos. We tried to come into the store and and the restaurant the restaurant was not open in the lobby. We never did getto speak to anybody and in authority. Read more

Lobby closed and no sign, middle of the afternoon at 2:30 today. Mobile order was cold and forgot my nacho fries. Can?t even... submit info into the app because they never mark it as complete! Read more

Ordered from this Taco Bell through DoorDash today and couldn't be more pleased or surprised. The food was perfect with no... errors, packaged well with no smoosh and they labeled everything so we knew exactly what was what so each person for theircorrect items and there was no guessing game or taking a bite and going nope that ain't mine. We got some burritos in the drive thru on Thursday 8/11/22 and ate them at home. While I was eating one I bit into something and... found that it was a staple. I called the Taco Bell in Deltona where I got it from and spoke to Nicky the shift lead. Heproceeded to tell me that couldn't have happened because they don't have staples in Taco Bell. He dismissed my issue and told mein the 2 years he's worked there nothing like this has ever happened. He was infuriating. I called the corporate complaint lineand spoke with Jay and she told me a District Manager would contact me. I have never had anyone reach out to me. I'm not reallysure what could be done to make this right but it was definitely not handled appropriately. Read more

This place is a joke and the management they have is hideous. I pulled up in drive thru. One truck in front me. I wait about... 3-4 minutes saying hello. Beeped my horn. No response. I pull up. Asked for my order to be taken and I was told by a manager andthe worker they will not take my order at the window and I would need to go back around. The reason for this is because "crewline" will not take my order at the window. So I guess pleasing a crew line now comes before customer experience. Customerretention is not a priority. The lack of care was plastered all on her face. I made the remark. You don't care, I guess theydon't pay you enough to care. She said no I don't care. Wow. So you don't care what type of person you are or the quality ofservice you provide as a worker? No worries, I chose not to do business with companies who don't appreciate me as a customer. Simple. I asked for their names to call corporate and I was told they do not share their names. Trashy service. I wascompletely flabbergasted I have worked with customers since I was 16 and now I'm a grown women. I have never treated a customerthis way. Her demeanor and facial expression coupled with her words says so much about who they are and more importantly whothey are not. Read more

Bless this store. Having co owned a franchise medium location before I know a good location and this is one. The drive thru... line moves quickly, not quite Chick fil-a speed but respectably for having a single lane. The food looks like it could be froma commercial about 90% of the time- the other 10% is with all the sauce and stuff on one side of course the curse of theportable tiny teaspoon "taco" as I call them. I'm guessing you're reading this just wondering the store hours and if thelocation sucks, it's solid and worth ordering from. Thanks for the doritos at 1 am guys! Read more

For a Sunday this place was busy. Took about 20 minutes to get through the drive through. My poor taco was lacking on the... supreme goodies. When did we start toasting burrito supremes? I felt this made the tortilla too brittle which led to it fallingapart while eating. It was also lacking the supreme goodies.
