The only issue I have is this new business model trying to force customers into the drive thru. You park an go inside because... the drive thru line is 6 - 8 cars, but inside you're low priority. Read more

This Wendy?s use to be one of the better stores around. But over the last year. This place has had the worse service. You say no... ? onions ? they seems to add more. You ask for only this items. You get other things on it. They never hand you a reciptanymore. It?s just gone down hill from when it once was. All three of my last visits they have got the order wrong. This Wendy's is awesome. Everything about it from the moment we walked in to the moment left was truly wonderful. They greeted... us with warm smiles, and they were very patient with us while we ordered food. The food arrived quickly, and it was delightful.The combination of flavors were life changing. Even the fries were great. Everything was perfectly cooked. The drinks weredelicious too. The tables were spotless, and the employees were very nice. My meal was extravagant. Stop by and went through the drive thru to get 2 biggie bags and both orders were jacked up. I asked them to put everything on... the double stacks and it seemed they subtracted and took stuff off both burgers, I got home and to add mayo, ketchup andmustard. So, on top of having to doctor up a dry burger with little to no toppings on them the fries were soggy and cold. So, Ihad to microwave the fries and nuggets. I live about 2 to 3 miles away. something should have been lukewarm. Plus, I told themI wanted sauce for the chicken nuggets, and I found none in either bag for the nuggets. I have this happen to me to many timesin the past, but not every item had a problem until tonight. i through using this Wendy's drive thru. Read more
