My Dad and I stopped to eat breakfast on our way back home ???? to California. My food was at best...edible...and the hot... chocolate was so thin and watery...didn't taste great at all!! I'm not complaining BUT...one of the pancakes ???? was the sizeof the palm of your hand which the cook placed underneath the larger pancake ????. I thought it was hilarious ???? and then theslice of ham was missing. When asked about the ham, the waitress stated that they ran out...she could have at least asked if Iwanted another slice of bacon or sausage link to compensate for the ham. Wow! Never ask to replace or exchange your foodbecause you?ll never know what is done behind the scene with your food! Just request your money back with a smile ?. Happytravels! Read more

Stood at the hostess station for 5 mins (maybe 6 patrons in the restaurant), finally got seated. While my service wasn?t all... that bad, the people behind me complained about the time in getting their food and I watched two separate parties walk out afterbeing seated for 10 minutes with no server. Awesome service and great food! We are traveling across country and stopped here to eat. Wonderful host/server/cashier, all by... himself in a nearly empty restaurant at 5pm. He treated us like kings and Queens. Best coffee and food we've had so far on thisvery long and tiring trip. Now we can drive another 4 hours! IHOP, give that young man and the cook a nice bonus!
