They were busy, maybe shorthanded, IDK, but my order was finally delivered nicely and cheerfully. But later when I asked for a... straw, the person on the other side of the buzzer misunderstood me, and I couldn't understand her. I finally flagged down thecarhop and he gave me a straw. We ordered and waited 30 minutes. After waiting my husband checked to see how much longer. They never put our order in.....we... were on our way to our grandsons football game, so needless to day we left. Sadly disappointed in the Sonic here and inLivingston! Read more
Haven't been to sonic in a long time but this time was great. We stopped to get breakfast for my wife and the representative was... having difficulty hearing me to take the order and instead of continuing to ask me or getting an attitude she came out to takeit from me face to face. I appreciated this because in many places people will get rude or unprofessional but she was patientand pleasant which I appreciate. You can't put a price on good service. Read more
I got my food quick, but it was cold. The tots were old and the burger was half dark and half light, it was old. I politely... asked for a remake and the delivery guy was nice about it. After waiting at 15mins still no food. I asked for a refund and left.Restaurant owners need to raise the standards and train better. Cost of living is higher and more people will start to cook athome more, even the kids. I may give them another chance in a few months???? Read more
Wow! 7/3 @2:00. Our order took over 20 minutes. Forgot 3 of 4 drinks. Gave us the wrong hamburger. Staff aggravated with their... work. Failed to provide asked for condiments. Hopefully it was just a bad day for them, cause it didn't help my day. Read more
Food ok prices seem high On three 3 different occasions they messed up our order! Three different times! First time we paid... but did not get all of our order! Second time we paid and they got the order wrong! Third time we paid and didn't get all ofthe order! On one occasion I even wrote the order out and they still did it wrong! This is lousy service! Worst sonic ever they never fix your food the way you tell them they do what they want to do!!!! Order two combos of chicken... sandwiches and extra Mayo mustard and when I got home the order was completely wrong... I wasted $16.55 just for two combosnever again. The service leaves a bit to be desired. People who ordered after us got their food before us. They messed up our order and I... hope I wasn't charged twice for a kid's meal. Then, the fries that came with the kid's meal were underdone, and limp. Read more
