Well if you into to eating mechanical food come here it's no Kwik trip I can tell you that much but it's way better then eating... McDonald's and there breakfast wrap is okay and there apple turnover are good too other then that I don't know what to say Read more

I was traveling for work and stopped in for a quick bite to eat. Got the 2 for $7, both beef and cheddar sandwiches. Mine were... fine however my friend ordered the same thing right me and made a special request for them to make both of his plain with onlycheese. They still put Arby's sauce on both even after he double checked when he picked up his food from the register. They didfix it but we all had to wait an extra 15-20 minutes (no exaggeration) for them to remake his order as he requested. Read more

I almost never give a one or two star to anything because I find something to like about everything. And I have extremely low... expectations for fast food restaurants I rarely eat out at fast food I prefer finer dining establishments but sometimes you justneed to grab a quick meal. I've been to other Arby's before but this one is quite honestly the worst I've ever been to. I'veworked food service quite a bit in my youth, I know it's like to serve difficult rushes, I had to deal with deliveries, anddrive up orders, as well as walk in traffic. So I'm very careful to try to give the benefit of the doubt to restaurant staff. Inthis case though none of the people there deserve that consideration. The staff were confused, extremely slow, surly tocustomers, and in particular openly snippy to one elderly non-tech savvy man who had no idea how to use the automatic orderkiosk, and simply wanted to talk to a cashier like would be normal even 2 years ago. And the food was abysmal, if I were aregional manager I probably would have fired the store manager and the entire staff, with the exception of one girl who aloneappeared slightly competent and extremely concerned for the situation. Cuz there have been something urgent going on in thekitchen to count for the experience and I'm not aware of? Possibly. but the staff they were there certainly were not wellequipped to deal with whatever was going on. I don't know what the manager was up to but the kitchen and floor staff were actinglike they're out to lunch, clueless, confused, bemused, and generally also unfriendly. The only reason I give it two stars andnot one is that exactly one person in the restaurant was running around like crazy actually trying to be helpful, because therest of the staff looked like they were completely out to lunch. Food came out very fast and was made perfectly. I tried to use my Arby's app to use a $10 off $30+ order coupon. The cashier was... lost, so he got the manager. She didn't know what to do either. She granted my coupon, but it has a QR code on the app.Shouldn't they just be able to scan it? Felt like I was the first person to ever enter their Arby's using the actual Arby's app. Read more
