Always assume youll be waiting past their quoted time for pickup/delivery. Very frustrating.
Most the time I go out aft were like 10 or 11 its closed when its supposed to be open like I just wanna pizza
DONT ORDER DELIVERY ONLINE!! THEY GO THREW DOOR DASH, THE YOUNG KIDS WANT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER LAST SECOND, WITHOUT A MANAGER... PRESENT. MAKING YOU NOT BE ABLE TO GET FOOD OR A REFUND. LITERALLY RIDICULOUS!! **** Update 5 DAYS LATER STILL NO REFUND, GOINGBACK AND FORTH. I SPENT $51.. DID NOT GET FOOD NOR A REFUND AND THE MANAGEMENT IS NO HELP! I HAVE EMAILED CASEYS CONTACT AND NOREPLY. THIS IS A JOKE. NOTHING WAS ESCALATED ALL IVE ASK IS FOR A REFUND. Estimated time for 2 pizzas to be cooked and delivered was 80 minutes (I live 0.7 miles away). It took an additional 50 minutes... for our order to arrive and it arrived cold. I went to the location to see if I could have picked up our order and to just seeeveryone standing around doing nothing... It made me sick. I was told the driver left 10 minutes prior to my arrival and hedelivered the pizzas as I arrived to the store. Needless to say, the customer service is poor and this was their chance atredemption for the last order that was 90 minutes late to be delivered. We will never order from them again. Read more
Absolutely terrible customer service, most staff are great but a small portion are so bad I can't go here anymore, getting... orders wrong, hanging up on you, giving attitude, it's unbelievable that this location is surviving where BP and family expressare excelling in their service standards.
