surprisingly good pizza, comfortable atmosphere
Pretty annoying that you can spend 65$ on 2 pizzas and some breadsticks but they refuse to take 50$ or 100$ bills. I get if I've... only spent 25-30$ but to drop that much cash and not even be able to pay with a large bill? Really annoying. Read more
I ordered 10 pizzas and wings and soda from this Pizza Factory location for pick up. I needed it ready to pick up earlier than... they opened. Lorinda and her staff went above and beyond to make it all happen. I cant say enough about the customer service!! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND RUDE STAFF! They said they couldn't take $100 bills so I was forced to go spend money at the store next... door. Then when I return the MANAGER wanted to charge me for a little ranch cup. I explained I just went out of my way and spentmoney to get them change and she said "No exceptions."
