surprisingly good pizza, comfortable atmosphere
Pretty annoying that you can spend 65$ on 2 pizzas and some breadsticks but they refuse to take 50$ or 100$ bills. I get if I've... only spent 25-30$ but to drop that much cash and not even be able to pay with a large bill? Really annoying. Read more
I ordered 10 pizzas and wings and soda from this Pizza Factory location for pick up. I needed it ready to pick up earlier than... they opened. Lorinda and her staff went above and beyond to make it all happen. I cant say enough about the customer service!! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND RUDE STAFF! They said they couldn't take $100 bills so I was forced to go spend money at the store next... door. Then when I return the MANAGER wanted to charge me for a little ranch cup. I explained I just went out of my way and spentmoney to get them change and she said "No exceptions." I place a time order online with almost two hours in advance and to be curbside pickup, when I got there and call to pick up my... order they told me my order wasn?t ready and then they won?t be able to take it o my car because they were short stuff, I canunderstand that but place an order around 2:30 to be ready at 4:45 and have to wait another 15 minutes for my order to be ready,maybe the wrong day I don?t know. But maybe my first and last time ordering here what I don?t thing than really matter to themthank you..by the way food was really good. Read more
Service horrible, the young ladies are not kind at all, food take super long tk be ready. They have arcade inside,but thwy do... jot allow to eat inside yet.t The place looks clean. I do work here so I might be a little biased. But the pizza is great and we keep it nice and clean, we always keep our salad bar... stocked. Sports are always playing in the TV. It's great place for families to come sit down and enjoy some pizza. Read more
