The food was quick and very fresh. Probably one of my best experiences at Hooters. The wait staff was very prompt and courteous.... They have done a great job. I only wish we could get back to the regular menu and with all the choices. All in all a greatexperience. Read more
I love great service ? don?t we all? But because I had service that went above and beyond, I felt the need to share my... experience. Callie at this Denham Springs location was nothing short of amazing. She was so personal, bubbly spirited, andgenuinely helpful. She thoroughly went over the menu, discussing prices, telling us her personal favorites, and making sure ourorder was perfect. She checked on us several times throughout our dining to ensure we were doing okay and even brought us newbeverages before we had the chance to ask for a refill. She was just that attentive. I wish every restaurant had a Callie! Afterwe left, we raved on and on about how great our service was. The food was hot and wonderful as well (so kudos to the kitchenstaff), but seriously the experience with such a great waitress made the food 10 times better. Wow, I hate going through the steps to put a horrible review for a business, but this Hooters went out of the way to waste my... time as a customer that chose their location. I sat at a table without getting greeted or offered a drink or anything for thatmatter for almost 20 minutes. I started taking pictures of the employees that spent most of their time hanging out as well asthe 5 tables that were seated after me that were already drinking a beverage and ordered food. I didn?t have all night becauseI was traveling but I figured since they didn?t have a good reason as the manager said to waste my time I could take this timefor a review. Some say these do no good but some of us do read them to desire where to spend our money. Read more
