Went thru drive thru to get a Italian cheese bread came back to work Just to find it raw and not eatable . Calling the store... isn?t a help cos no one answers the phone . Not only was the wait in the drive thru super long which I really didn?t mind but the car in front didn?t even order food and... was just talking to the girl at the window which the car behind me proceeded to honk its horn and when I got up the the windowthe girl was really rude about how I can?t honk in the drive thru when it wasn?t even me who done it which I didn?t mind thewait but personally I don?t think you should be talking at the window with someone for 10+ minutes Read more
Worst service ever!!! I place my order and they tell me its going to be 15 min. After 20+ min waiting, watching people come and... go, I go in and my order isn't ready. I patiently wait another 20+ min without complaining. When I finally mention my wait timethey offered a refund. Next thing I know they void my order! I tell them I still want my pizza and Mr. I'm Not A Manager tellsme there is nothing he can do. How about do you job? An hour wasted waiting and never got the pizza I ordered. Read more
The employee seemed a bit distracted, not sure if over worked or ?????. Took my order and said it would be 7-8 minutes, nothing... was "hot and ready" at the moment, order was ready in about 3-4 minutes. Quality was as expected for a fast food pizza chain. They missed cutting up my cheesy bread, but with the fast turnaround time and considering I had a knife at home I'm not upset. Read more
Terrible service and food quality. Drivethrough "it" (don't want to offend her if it was a him, or he identified as a female,... etc.) was unfamiliar with things going on in the kitchen or how items were cooked. Seemingly only one other employee (themanager) working and he was in the kitchen cooking everything. Business was slow so no excuse for our 44 minute wait for 1pepperoni, 1 chess bread, 2 crazy breads and 1 BBQ wings. Drivethrough "it" forgot our drinks so I had to run out in the rain toget them. Crazy bread was horrible with sticks starting out big and soft and round and midway down turning into a super thin,unedible, burnt shard of bread. Compared to all other Little Caesars, this is the worst experience ever. I love Little Caesars,but not this one! Read more
