When using the drive through late at night (11pm-1am), they will ignore you at the ordering speaker in hopes that you drive off... so they don't have to do any actual work. When you're lucky enough to get served, the worker at the window clearly hates his/herjob and it resonates very clearly to the customers in the vehicle. Read more
We always hit up this McDonald's for their Ice Tea. Fresh brewed sweet or Unsweetened. We are particular because we order ours... 1/2 cut and this particular McDonald's makes ours perfect EVERY TIME Read more
Very clean and comforting atmosphere. The food was hot and fresh. I orders a Filet-O-Fish and it was fresh out the fryer as well... as the French fries. Read more
If ever a fast food restaurant needed a staff change, this is it. We ordered from the kiosk pretty smoothly. It took a bit... longer than normal to get our order, but I figured that was due to the drive through being slammed, despite the fact that onlytwo people were ordering inside. However, multiple parts of the order were omitted: two drinks and a happy meal milk. Still, nobig deal. However, trying to rectify this was an issue, considering it took 5 minutes to catch somebody's attention to get thecups. This is still not huge, except in the meantime, openly and boldly, I was made aware of the front of house staff's privatebusiness. I know business about people's brother-in-law, momma, daddy, and everybody else in the family because 3 or so workerswere just casually talking about them in front of customers. Then, once we were a good 25 feet away seated at the table, wecould still hear. There were words exchanged between employees that I will NOT type here, out of respect for myself and thosereading this. Let's just say this was a light threat to assault another employee attached to an offensive curse. Look, live andsay what you want, but some of us have children with us that we aren't ready to expose to that. Oh, even now I can hear themtelling each other to shut-up and they are goofing off. This McDonald's has always been one of the best in the area. Lately it's not as great as it once was, but it is still the best... one in the area. I like that they still have the picnic area in the back. We used to always go there to eat as teens and sit atthe picnic table, and I'm happy to see it's still there. Read more
Ordered a large iced caramel mocha frappe, and got a large iced black coffee with some caramel at the bottom. Also ordered a... large fry , paid for it they still gave me a medium and everything was cold. Read more
