Whatever y?all pay your employees?it?s not enough. The staff at this location are always SO nice and fun. They do a great job... making your food and it?s always fresh and super yummy. If I could give less stars, I would. Gave me a burrito bowl with undercooked meat and rice and then refused to replace it.... Wouldn't even allow me to come back and exchange for an actual edible meal or a refund, I had my full meal (minus maybe twobites) and receipt and was told it was too busy to do today. They didn't include my queso or salsa either but that seems prettysmall compared to the actual uncooked dish. I was polite on the phone but the employee was very unhelpful. They do not explain anything to new customers. They expect everyone to understand what they are serving. The cashier was slow... and unknowledgable of the drink and Queso meal deal. We were charged for extra steak which consisted of 4 pieces of steak. Andthe only rice they had was lime rice instead of regular Spanish rice...I will not return to this establishment plus the pricefor what we paid was not we worth the value. Do not bother going here. We found our new favorite fast food restaurant near home! We LOVE it! I ordered bowl with chicken and hubs ordered stack. Both... are fantastic. You can choose your meat (chicken, pork, steak) or just vegetables. They have a great selection of salsaaaaa! Ilove the green one, their delicious! Definitely will come back! Read more
My children and I love this Moe's!! We visit about once a month! We try to beat the employee's in chanting their greeting... "WELCOME TO MOE'S" when we walk in! We love the manager, I hate that I forgot her name, but we love that she remembers us. Thislast time we visited it was minutes before closing. They offered to pull anything out that they were either out of or had putaway. They were happy to fix all 7 of our orders as if it were the beginning of their shift. The food is always fresh, exactlyas ordered, easy to order and delicious! The restaurant is clean and inviting. Great job Moe's - Denham Springs! Read more
The food is good of course. I understand why prices are so high, because the cost of food and the cost of service. The service... you get in moes is absolutely garbage though. The prices should be cut in half because of the lack of customer service you get.Last time I went, the guy serving me was literally talking in the phone, he touched the phone with the gloved he touched my foodwith, and he was rude. Another time the guy had headphones on. In general they are just rude and unprofessional. They have poormanagement and i will never be going there again nor will I recommend it to anyone I know. But the great American cookie andmarble slab right next door is pretty good. Read more
