If you like being talked to any kind of way this is the spot for you! They are consistent… consistently RUDE. Staff is very... rude including the manager Leigh Ann so it makes sense they all carry the same poor attitude. The customer service has declinedsignificantly in the past year or so based on my experiences and I’ve had plenty of good experiences at different locationsjust not this one. Not sure what happened to this location, but the quality and services has gone bad. I have tried my best to give this Sonic a... chance... Every time we come to this location the orders are always very poorly mixed, shake with 3/4 full. If you order extra"for instance" butterfinger you will not see it. I ordered a banana shake 3 times in a row... not blended and found frozen wholebanana in the vanilla ice cream. I do not ever take the time to make reviews, but I felt like I needed to let anyone know. Go tothe other locations! I asked one of the workers at this location what the deal was. He replied: Yeah... well... If I was you Iwouldn't after 7PM. The crew at this location do not care and I will never be back to this one. Hate that because it is theclosest one.
