My husband picked up sonic on the way home from work. Rude workers, got chicken tender dinner- tots old and ice cold, smallest... onion ring I’ve ever seen was old and hard, toast was burnt. Not even the first bad experience this month. This location hasgone down hill very fast. Read more
If you like being talked to any kind of way this is the spot for you! They are consistent… consistently RUDE. Staff is very... rude including the manager Leigh Ann so it makes sense they all carry the same poor attitude. The customer service has declinedsignificantly in the past year or so based on my experiences and I’ve had plenty of good experiences at different locationsjust not this one. I have have had good service in the past, but lately it has been going downhill pretty bad. We went the other night, and it took... over 35 minutes to get our food. I got a Chilli cheese coney where the hot dog was way over cooked and cold. One of my sonsburgers was not dressed correctly, and the other's fries were over cooked ans cold. I asked for more fries, but after waiting 15minutes, we just left. Read more
Only getting 3 stars because the server who brought out the food was super nice. The acted as if they couldn't hear my order... and had to repeat to a few times. The fries was cold and soggy and the sandwich wasn't dress as I've asked. When asked for hotfries I also ask for Mayo and ketchup for my sandwich. I order 2 fries and 1 tots which I only got 1 frie. Once the friesfinally came out I still had to wait on the pack of Mayo and ketchup after asking for it again. It must had been a bad day foreveryone. If I have to stop there again I sure hope I will have a better experience. Read more
Well happy with being able to ask for them to cook our corn dogs fresh said they are hot. Was a little disappointed in the onion... rings they came out burnt black. Had to send that back and it took a long time for them to get the onion rings out to us butthen they were delicious. The tater tots with marginal just a little warm. They are short-handed so if anybody needs a job Sonicis hiring. Sure this is part of the problem. They are appreciated though the ones that work there. Read more
Not sure what happened to this location, but the quality and services has gone bad. I have tried my best to give this Sonic a... chance... Every time we come to this location the orders are always very poorly mixed, shake with 3/4 full. If you order extra"for instance" butterfinger you will not see it. I ordered a banana shake 3 times in a row... not blended and found frozen wholebanana in the vanilla ice cream. I do not ever take the time to make reviews, but I felt like I needed to let anyone know. Go tothe other locations! I asked one of the workers at this location what the deal was. He replied: Yeah... well... If I was you Iwouldn't after 7PM. The crew at this location do not care and I will never be back to this one. Hate that because it is theclosest one.
