Went inside because the drive through line was so long. Ended up waiting 30 minutes for one coffee with 7 people ahead of me... inside while the baristas fulfilled online orders ahead of ours. And in the 30 minutes I had to wait only 1 person came in foran online order. Read more
I ordered a simple caramel drink and it had no caramel at all. When I asked for some, the lady said we?re out but failed to let... me know when I was ordering.
