I am a truck driver and waited several minutes for the woman behind the counter to finish putting cheese on 4 racks of bread to... finally address the woman before me. She was super slow and I didn't have time to wait for this woman to make my sandwich. Ileft without a sandwich and truly disappointed in the customer service for a truck stop. Two diesel pumps were down and this isa very small truck stop. Time is not a luxury for a Truck Drivers. Read more

I had a humiliating moment at Pilot Travel Center #79 I-12, Exit 10, 2601 South Range Avenue, Denham Springs, LA 70726. Subway... manager I believe her name is Kenya treated me like garbage. It was around 10.45am 4/27/22. Check cameras to see what happened.She started blaming me because I told her to melt my cheese in my sandwich and then when I asked for more red onions she refusedto give me more. I told her I would make a compliant aja she said she was the manager. She told me I was a headache for her andshe didn?t care if I will complaint on her. The two women making sandwiches Saturday around noon had absolutely no manners and acted as if they didn?t want to be there at... all. I used to work at a subway myself and the way they make their sandwiches Vs the way we were trained to is no where evennear similar. I've been here numerous times over the last two months and everything has always been fresh and prepared perfectly. They are... usually super busy and short on help. I had several people ahead of me and only one young lady working. I was very impressed athow fast she took care of each customer. I will definitely continue coming here when I am in the area.
