Literally if I could give no stars I would!!!! Absolutely horrible staff!!! Got my order wrong twice and still messed it up at... the end!! Heard the lady tell the cook ?the cheese roll up you dropped on the ground and said you didn?t need? so we drop foodon the ground and pretend the order no longer exists?? My order still did not have the correct substitutions and the order wasfor someone with an allergy, we told the cashier multiple times that the order needed to be corrected and was still wrong!! The MANAGER at the Taco Bell on Florida BLVD in Denham Springs, La was on her phone, touching her phone with those same gloves... on and then handling the food after. I about puked. She made my food with contaminated gloves. I immediately threw my food away.DO NOT go here. There is no professionalism at all. Read more
This is the best Taco Bell I think we?ve ever been to! They have the nicest and brightest staff who all work very well together... and they?re all very polite. Not something you see very often! The service is excellent, the food is prepared picture perfectand actually tastes good! Read more
The food is not made like advertised. I got Mexican pizza & it was very far off having the toppings shown on website or pix on... menu. I screen shot what pizza should look like. I asked for taco sauce and got two packs for food for three people. I had toask twice while in drive thru to get more for all of us. Read more
I was in drive-thru at noon on Saturday, October 29, 2022. Ordered Nachos Bel Grande without meat. Opened my order at home 10... minutes later and the cheese was inedible. Cheese tasted as rancid, or had melted plastic mixed in it, or had bug spray in it.Called this location 6 times within 5 minutes; either no one answered, continuous busy signal, or the phone was picked up andthen hung up. Had it not been raining, I would have returned, handed them the food, and demanded a refund. Obviously amanagement oversight issue and employees unconcerned about service and quality.
