After waiting in the drive through for 20 minutes... with only 3 cars in front of me. Finally get yo the window where I see the... staff just hanging out chatting and obviously could care less about service I get my long waited order. I think at least I havemy long awaited chicken sandwich meal that I do love normally. Instead I find very cold fries and only half of what was supposedto to be a large order and hamburger that looked to be cooked earlier that day. I could not even eat what was given even thoughit wasn't what I ordered. Never going back to this location again. Poor management to say the least. Stay away from this one youguys. The food itself wasn't bad. Here is what happened. Placed our order June 30 around 2pm not many dining inside at the time. Given... our cups to fix drinks, no straws no lids no napkins at the area for drinks ....asked for lids and straws thought maybe theywould put napkins on our tray..they did not. No sauce for my nuggets even thou they asked which one I wanted and no spoon forour strawberry frosty. It was so melted I just drank it! First time to try it and my last. Not too good. Absolutely disgusting. Will never go back. Food was old, soaked in oil, sloppy and thrown together. I took one bite and threw... away, worried about getting food poisoning. It was not busy, we were the only people in the drive thru. Not only was the foodawful, the lady with the crazy eye was disrespectful. Read more
This is Denham Springs new Wendy's. We lost it in the flood of 2016. It has been here a year or two now. Maybe 3. Smells great... inside. Was clean, the service was great, the staff was friendly, parking is plentiful even if you need to pull a trailor or aboat as long as you know how to park efficiently and very important....our order was made correctly!!!!! Would of given it a 5star but it was rather warm on the inside. Very hot outside. We choose there to be in a cool place while we eat after cuttingtrees half the day. I will definitely keep going back. Read more
Shortly after reopening, the food tasted great, but the place was short staffed. As of today, the food can range from ?meh? to... decent. Same staff issue though, and now that I think about it, they aren?t exactly friendly or welcoming. Service comparable toyour average McDonald?s experience. Go here if you have no other options. The French fries have been changed for the worse! the burger had too much ketchup and mayonnaise, it was to give it some taste!... I don't know what happened to Wendys! it used to be one of the best! after this meal I consider it one of the worst! Read more
