First and foremost our Pizza Hut here in Denison IA is no longer a ?dine in? restaurant which is disappointing! Second, my... breadsticks were just lukewarm and the sauce was cold. I had to put my mini pizza in my oven when I got home because it wasn?tall the way done. This isn?t the first time I?ve had troubles with pizza undercooked. I had made an online order. I had received the wrong wings. I had called to let them know abiutnthe mistake. I did not ask for... any replacement. They were very polite. Pre-ordered my pizza for a later time. When I arrived they said it was halfway through the oven, then 10 minutes later was told... the same thing. Recieved my order 25 minutes late. Have my order ready on time if I every go to that Pizza Hut again. Read more
The service was good, our waitress was nice and friendly. But we were seated at a table that had a bug in the booth. Then my... wife and brother were served in dirty glasses 3 time and we were also given 2 dirty plates. We were pleased with the food andthe staff but they need to better their dish washing system as that was a huge problem. Read more
