It saddens me to write this review, but my husband and I were sonewhat shocked at the poor customer service we experienced while... there at our local Pizza Ranch this afternoon - at least compared to previous visits. Up front, service was efficient andfriendly upon arrival at the cashier counter and there was a nice selection of buffet options. It was also nice to see the icecream machine fixed as it had been broken the last time we were there. But that's where the positive experience seemed to endand the customer service stopped. Unfortunately, no one picked up any dishes that were dirty and set aside at our table. Thathas not been an issue in the past. No one came around at all while we were seated and asked if we needed anything or asked ushow their service was. Again, this has not been an issue in the past and we'd appreciated the manager on duty personallymaking it a point to greet customers at their tables when we were there. Also, disappointing was the fact that when we left,the cashier did not take any initiative whatsoever to thank us for coming. She was apparently too busy talking to people at thecounter to say anything to us as we were leaving. We walked right past her and it's so unfortunate this added to create such anoverall negative experience. This restaurant wasn't even busy today. How unfortunate that as customers we felt we were prettywell ignored once the cashier got our money inside the door. A restaurant works hard to earn a reputation of providing goodcustomer service. Couldn?t help but notice the trash surrounding the beverage area, the ice cream machine dripping all over the counter and floor,... and the empty dessert bar. If this is what the food customer service area looks like, imagine how filthy the kitchen must be. Read more
Good selection in the buffet, nice kids working to clear the tables. But we were charged for 3 adults, which should have been... 2, since we had a free meal ticket. Or either, they charged for the 2 6yr olds. The cashier wasn't very cordial Read more
Worst pizza ever. It took 1.5 hours to be delivered to AmPride. The pizzas arrived cold, no sauces, no Buffalo sauce on the... Buffalo pizza which was also incredibly dry. Just. Wow. Read more
Nice salad bar. Broasted chicken is my all time favorite item Pizza Ranch has, it's too good. The soft serve ice cream is a nice... way to to end a meal. It?s a busy night, but they did a good job keeping the food trays full. The restrooms are always clean. Read more
For several months, this location has been my go to for dinner for my family. With a recent loss of a loved one, cooking was the... last thing on my mind.The staff is courteous, thoughtful and professional. I always have a positive experience whether I orderover the phone or in person.Their Christmas decorations really lifted my spirits too.Thank you for being open and for keepingyour customers safe and happy!!! My friend and I got there late but they let us eat as long as we agreed that they didn't have to bring out any additional... pizza. The decor was fun and made you feel transported into a different experience than your day today life. There were manydifferent types of foods to select from outside of pizza. The pizza was average. But again we were there towards the end of theevening. I will check them out again for a lunch buffet. Read more
