This location is either under new ownership, new management or both but it's not working for me. Last Sunday I was there at... 10:40am and they were not open yet (normal hours are 10:30am to 10pm). A teenager said they would be open around 11am but itdepended on when the cook got there. He wasn't overly concerned but at least he stayed in the parking lot to answer my question.The grownup with him ignored me and went into the building. Tonight, (Sunday night) I went back to try it again. Was in line for15min without the line moving while one employee came out 3 times for a smoke break. The lady that answered the speaker didn'tunderstand or speak English well. After finally placing my order, I waited another 5minutes (20 minutes total) without the linemoving, then I left. The new owner/management needs to reconsider how it's conducting business. There are too many chickenoptions within 10 minutes of that restaurant to have such lack dazzle customer service and employee standards. Read more
I hope I can leave 0 star. We ordered 2 combos but the staff charged 3 combos. We asked her to correct our order, then the staff... said ?no you order 3 combo?. After then we asked one more time. I ordered 5 pc tender combo, but I got only one side instead of2. And no dipping sauce anywhere. And of course no side order of Large Jalapeño bombers that we ordered. Such a nice revenge. Read more

I hate to write poor reviews but I think some changes need to be made here and am writing so they will make adjustments. This... was my first time at this Churches. I first ordered the smokehouse family deal and it would take an additional 15 minutes. Fairenough, so I switched to the 8 piece mixed deal. The staff was super friendly and doing their best during these times of staffshortages. I was asked again if I wanted to wait for the smokehouse and I should of said yes in hindsight. I was given threeextra pieces of fried chicken because "it isn't very fresh." I thought how nice, thinking maybe it wasn't straight out of thefryer and would be fine. The other issue they somehow should address was the constant flying in and out of their window and mycar window of flies. I am not particularly shocked by flies in Texas summers but this seemed a little much. Anyway, I drove tenminutes to get home and when I attempted to eat the chicken, it was more like jerky. I totally got the fact that it wasn'tfresh. I am not sure how old it was. but I have never had chicken that bad. Again, I don't like to bash providers in thesetimes, but you better examine your business practices or close it up. Read more
Food is usually good, but their service could be better and more friendlier. And not only that but it seems like every time we... go there which is not much, something is always wrong or forgotten in our order. I thought McDonald's in Durant, ok was bad boutthat, but sadly they r too. But the food is almost worth it. Read more
We stopped at the drive through and ordered spicy chicken before 9:30 pm. They didn?t have any prepared they said they had... regular and had already cleaned the fryer. They close at 10:00 pm. And would not prepare any spicy cause they JUST cooked theregular not spicy chicken. Poor customer service We went to Chicken Express instead and they were wonderful! They at least hadspicy chicken tenders! I gave one star because I was forced to in order to leave a review! Read more
