Awesome idea with terrible execution. The pizza itself is good. The service and experience of Craft Pies Pizza Company is... absurdly sad. I have had 40 minute waits multiple times for what is essentially the equivalent of Subway for pizza. The firstfew times, I just chalked it up to Friday night at 7:30 post covid issues. This last time, they gave my food to a to-go order.So my current timeline of receiving an overpriced pie is close to an hour and a half. Wack. Read more

First off? FANTASTIC pies. The crust doesn?t get soggy with many toppings?. Addicting. And a great price at $11 My go to... pie: Magic Oil, Spicy Marina, Pepperoni and Ham, sweet red peppers, mushrooms and fresh sliced jalapeños - oh, and MozzarellaCheeeese! It really could easily be a 5 star place, but they are missing the boat on a couple things: 1) Drink station is waytoo small for the business. Ice is almost always out when we go, and the machines are constantly leaking onto the floor. Thebottled root beer is amazing but I prefer it over ice and it?s hot or miss if I get that. 2) Even brand new, it?s a simpleconcept which is great for the owner. However, after being opened just a short time it?s already starting to show wear and tearinside on the menus, decorations peeling off the wall, etc. Just needs a little more attention to detail but overall fantastic.We come a couple times a week!! Pizza was great, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The staff looked overwhelmed when the place was half full.... The place was dirty, a pizza was dropped on the floor in front of the oven, and not picked up, staff were bickering. This is notthe first time I have experienced poor service levels here. This place has become our new favorite pizza spot. Gluten free crust that is amazing. Staff is young but friendly and quick.... Build your own is the way to go. Also, don't forget to try the magic sauce. I even tried some of the old school glass bottlerootbeer and it was some of the best that I have ever had. The wife's custom pizza was made properly. I did have to remind the staff the Green Monster is not complete when it comes out... of the oven. There are other ingredients that must be put on after plating and cutting... I wish the reminder was not needed. Good pizza. I enjoy the not so normal fountain drinks. Read more

The staff is great here and my boys love eating here. Had a little bit of a mix up with a pizza I ordered, honestly which was... probably my fault for grabbing the wrong pizza. The whole staff was very friendly and understanding when I brought back thepizza. They not only corrected the order, but we're over the top with how they treated me. It was refreshing to have a crew thatjust took care of the customer. Was a place my boys and me like to go, but I will definitely be back more after this experience.Can't recommend the Craft Pies in Denison enough! Read more

At first glance while waiting for our pizzas to cook my first impressions were, meh. Felt like we were being herded through like... cattle. Pizzas looked at little skimpy when first going through the pizza oven. All in all was pleasantly surprised with thembut probably wouldn?t go out of my way to eat here again. Read more
