We placed an order for delivery and was told it would be 40-45 minutes. An hour later, we are still waiting. Called the... restaurant and they said it was ready, and still there. I had to go pick it up. When I arrived and asked about the order, theydidn't even have the right name. The employee simply handed me the order and I left. No apology for the mix-up, no "thank you,come again", nothing. Your employees need to be taught common courtesy and customer service. I am very disappointed. Read more

Order sat for over half hour before delivered, called to find out why was not greeted properly and told with an attitude "Just... give me a minute" and immediately place on hold. When delivery guy (Matthew) got to my house there were more items then Iordered, I asked him why I only ordered 1 cheese bread and his rude reply was " I don't know, I didn't order it," and shovesreceipt at me and walks away. When I opened my pizza it was not cut. I order from here all the time and the service I receivedall around was absolutely unacceptable. 5:30 on a Thursday, bad customer service, used drive through and they forgot about me, and still got my pizza wrong. Charged me... for a large and only got a medium. Owner called and offered me 2 free pizzas which was awesome. Went in to cash them in, gotthe correct size pizza but again 1 of the pizzas was cut incorrectly and the other pizza was made incorrectly and the wrongingredients. The pizza was great, the service was great, the turn around time was fantastic! The only thing that was terrible was the... ordering process. The app and website have had a bug for weeks and it is 50/50 on whether or not the order will actually gothrough. Read more
