If you like being g treated like the herd then eat here. They are more worried about thier service times than taking care of... the paying customer. I use the app here cause the drive through sucks its slower that whataburger and no where near thequality. Best to us the app atleast you get points. You can park and they deliver it to the car saving time and gas frombeing in line. My brother has went to this location to simply get a cup of coffee three times out of four times in a weeks time he was told to... pull over to the side and after waiting over 15 minutes had to drive off and not get his coffee so he would not be late forwork. I?ve seen a lot of poor reviews in last three months . In closing that is a sign of poor management . You know the foodbusiness is the hospitality business . I?m sure who ever owns this establishment does not read or monitor reviews or they wouldtake care of the problems in management.that are costing them customers and money . We came to eat here between 430 and 5. We had sat down and an elderly lady was getting screamed at by a young Hispanic manager.... The elderly lady should not have been treated this way. She apologized because she had made a mistake reading her receipt butthe young manager just rolled her eyes. My daughter was at the counter when this happened and couldn't believe how rude themanager was to this lady. If that's the kind of managers this place wants to have then we won't be back. She needs to bereprimanded for her actions. My daughter said when the elderly lady turned to leave the young lady said, "all for that". We come here every Tuesday. My son loves breakfast before he goes to work. There have been numerous occasions when our order... was wrong but today I got sent to the "3rd" line. That means you will be waiting awhile. We did. We watched 7 cars behindget their food and drive away. After more than 10 minutes we got ours and they still got the order wrong!!! We bought lunch and ate. I asked the manager if i could purchase a large cup of water to fill up my water bottle and he told me... i could only have enough water to fill a small clear water cup. Horrible place. My husband went in to get burgers for us and asked to add lettuce and tomatoes to my burger. The guy at the cash... register told him he couldn't do that. My husband asked why and the guy said that it wasn't on the menu. We've always been ableto customize our burgers before at any McDonald's. Avoid this place because it isn't like other McDonald's.
