I ordered my food over 2 hours ago! My 3 toddlers keep asking about it! So I put them in the car and went up there, only to be... told that the driver was already on the way. So I come home and 20 minutes later still nothing!! Never again!!! Read more
Absolutely horrible experience. I place an order for delivery which never came. I had to drive across town to pick up cold... trashy food. The staff were rude and incompetent. The store was dirty as well. Horrid experience. Save your time and money andgo to Dominoes or anywhere else that serves pizza, BUT DONT GO HERE!!! Read more
I placed an order online this evening (6-19-2022) for carry-out so my husband could pick it up on his way home from work. When I... took my second bite out of my first slice, there was a piece of long hair baked INTO the pizza. I immediately got the hair outof my mouth, and grabbed the receipt to call the store. My husband called, and got thrown around from person to person, neverbeing able to talk to the correct person. Finally he called the corporate number. The lady was helpful, but she didn't offermoney back, or offer to replace the order. We had to request our money back. She said that once their "investigation" iscomplete within 48 hours, someone would give us a call to let us know the status.. Needless to say, we're very unhappy and don'tplan to order here again. Delivered order was wrong and district manager refused to give refund. Manager was rude and even pointed out the driver?s... incompetence and repetitive mistakes for the day. So a small refund will now cost them a customer. Save yourself the grief andorder somewhere else. Read more
