only got drinks, but service was very slow and the kids inside just sort of stood around. Drinks should not have taken the full... 4 min to get out, especially when they weren't real busy. My server was an older lady and she was super nice and had a goodpersonality. Read more
It wouldn't show me which sonic this was, so we're going to review 4 on this 1! - Bells TX sonic: 1.5/5 - was awful. Chicken... tasted like it was fried inside an old dead fish. Made me almost throw up. To make sure it wasn't my strawberry limeade messingwith the flavor I had my sister try it before I said anything & she said it taste like fish... sooo Bells TX. Is a no for me.NEXT - Denison Tx: 3/5 -seeing how we only got a drink from here & yet somehow I was impressed! Of course I got a 44ozstrawberry limeade & it was the best strawberry limeade in history dude!!! I'm not sure what y'all did, but ???? it was amazing!NEXT - Whitesboro Tx: 4/5- very seldom do I go to this sonic & get anything bad. The staff is almost always amazing! I got acorn dog & you can guess a strawberry limeade. Don't knock the corn dogs until you have had a corn dog! NEXT - Sherman TX texomaPkwy: 4/5- I'm not sure who took over this sonic & whooped them into shape, but we have noticed! Use to hate this sonic as therealways seemed to be an issue with the food, or the attitude of staff. However here the past couple of months it has been waydifferent. My food came out fresh fresh & the strawberry limeade was slapping! Insanely kind carhop wish I had left a biggertip! I hope the energy & customer service this particular sonic is giving atm doesn't change! I have been in the service industry for almost 21 years and this is the best Sonic I have ever had the pleasure of working for.... Super clean atmosphere, fresh food, amazing coworkers, and a management team that is out of this world. We do everything we canto make your experience a great one, and we love to make our guests happy. Thank you for leaving such kind reviews for me. I USED THE SONIC APP! SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS LOCATION! Watch for rotten limes! I had to find out by drinking it, disgusting!... Even the drink was discolored. There is no way they didn't see this before serving it to me. Bad business move. Don't use fruitif it's bad! They could've offered me something else, but they insisted on wasting my time. Didn't find out until I got home,then had to drive back to replace it with a coke and return home to cold food. Read more
I placed an order using the Sonic App. I requested a burger with mayonnaise and pickles and I specifically requested no onion,... lettuce or tomato. When I arrived, I checked in and the service was fast. My food was delivered to me very quickly. When Iunwrapped my sandwich, It was clearly made with plenty of onion.
