The young lady took our payment but didn't give us our cups and freeze. We stood there for close to 5 minutes then the guy that... was making orders asked us if we got our cups and we said no so he had to stop what he was doing to get the cups and freeze forus. Food has been awful both times I?ve tried it. Very nice staff and service. However food is always cold, seems premade waiting to... give it out once ordered or half cooked because they are in such a hurry. Either way cold and disgusting both visits. Ordered tacos combo pack tonight and the cool ranch taco tasted old, stale and disgusting, all the bottoms fell out right away.... Mango drink had some sort of brown stuff floating inside, still not sure what it is, and didn't notice until almost halfwaydone! Poured the rest out, threw tacos out. Waste of money.
